The Palace Under The Sea and The Queen in Southern Sea

Hoderi was a god fishing along the sea, and his brother Ho-ori was a god hunting in the mountains.
One day they exchanged their tools and Ho-ori went to the sea to fish, but he could not catch anything and lost his brother's hook. Hoderi never forgave Ho-ori.
Then an old man helped Ho-ori and he went to the palace under the sea to find the hook. There he met the sea god's beautiful daughter and completely forgot about his brother. Instead, he lived in the palace peacefully for three years.
Finally, he remembered the hook and found it with a help of the sea god. When Ho-ori left, the sea god told him how to beat his brother and Ho-ori succeeded in making his brother obey him. It's said that Ho-ori is the ancestor of Japanese emperors, and Hoderi is the ancestor of immigrants coming from the south over the sea.

It's said that she was the lover of Javanese kings.
Until now, many people believes that newly married couple or men with green shirt are taboo to appear at Southern shores, because she will become enrage, and kidnap the man to her kingdom

Clear cutting

Clear cutting can have major negative impacts, both for humans and local flora and fauna.

Types: Standard clear-cut – removal of every stem, so no canopy remains.

Patch clear-cut – removal of all the stems in a limited, predetermined area.

Strip clear-cut – removal of all the stems in a row, usually placed perpendicular to the prevailing winds in order to minimize the possibility of wind throw.

Clear cutting-with-reserves – removal of the majority of standing stems save a few reserved for other purposes.

Slash-and-burn – the permanent conversion of tropical and subtropical forests for agricultural purposes. This is most prevalent in tropical and subtropical forests in overpopulated regions in developing and least developed countries. Slash-and-burn entails the removal of all stems in a particular area. This is a form of deforestation, because the land is converted to other uses.

But still her mother worried, for her to face this day alone. And that was why once again, she tried to keep her daughter home. But the little girl went to school, eager to tell them all. About a dad she never sees, A dad who never calls. There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet children squirming impatiently, anxious in their seats. One by one the teacher called, each student from the class. To introduce their daddy, as seconds slowly passed. At last the teacher called her name, every child turned to stare. Each of them was searching, for a man who wasn't there. "Where's her daddy at? "She heard a boy call out. "She probably doesn't have one "another student dared to shout. I have decided I would like to accept the responsibilities of an eight-year-old again! I want to go down to McDonalds and think it's a five-star restaurant. I want to think that M and M's are better than money because you can eat them. I want to eat a whole packet of Tim tams without feeling guilty afterwards. I want to return to when all you knew were colors, multiplication, tables and nursery rhymes. I want to return to when you didn't know and you didn't care. I want to remember the whole morning was filled of what your Mom had packed for lunch and the whole afternoon what you were having for dinner. When a simple matchbox car or a Barbie doll represented a whole week's worth of entertainment. When you actually had an imagination. When magic really existed. When 'Jaws' didn't look fake.
